1.Check system logs for errors on servers and primary machines.
2.Verify all machines have updated anti-virus and updated anti-spyware dat files.
3.Check anti-spyware and anti-virus logs for scans and infections
4.Check backup logs
5.Verify hardware (fans, power supplies, UPS units)
6.Check router logs for errors.
7.Check with employees to see if there are any internet connections issues.
8.Check with employees to see if there are any email issues.
9.Check with site manager to see if there are going to be any new employees, new computers.
10.Update inventory and warranty book.
11.Test backups to ensure media is still valid.
12.If the client has a website with us, then check the logs, verify links.
