Pricing Questions

Is there a diagnostic fee?

Nope. Jerry doesn't charge you just to figure out what's wrong. If he can diagnose the issue in a few minutes over the phone, he will — and you won't see a bill for it.

Is there a commitment for the monthly plan?

The monthly plan is a 1-year commitment at $35/month per machine. Jerry keeps your systems monitored and maintained the whole time — it takes consistent attention to keep things running smoothly. Give him a call to talk through what works for your situation.

What if my issue takes less than an hour?

On-site visits have a 1-hour minimum. For office and remote sessions, Jerry rounds to the nearest half hour — so if he fixes your problem in 20 minutes, you're billed for 30.

Do you offer non-profit or senior discounts?

Jerry's always been flexible with non-profits and folks on fixed incomes. Give him a call and he'll work something out. Check out the non-profit services page for more details.

Does the monthly plan include antivirus?

Yes — antivirus protection is included in the monthly plan. You're covered. The standalone Antivirus Plan at $69/yr is for people who don't need the full managed service but still want solid protection with someone keeping an eye on it.

Do you charge for travel to my location?

For clients in the Winchester area, there's no extra travel charge. If you're a bit further out in the Valley, Jerry will let you know up front if there's a small trip fee. No surprises.
